New Business Development / Sales Representative – Brookfield, WI Job Summary:
Join our growing staffing and recruiting team in Brookfield, WI as a New Business Development / Sales Representative!
This role focuses on expanding our client base in the industrial, manufacturing, and light industrial staffing markets, helping companies meet their workforce goals through customized hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new B2B client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and in-person sales meetings
Conduct discovery sessions with manufacturing and industrial clients to identify workforce challenges and hiring needs
Present tailored temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions to decision-makers
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring leaders, and operations executives
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline metrics in CRM while meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue goals
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B outside sales or account executive experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and closing new clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Familiarity with the manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades industries is a plus
