Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years in a management role; must be comfortable managing a team of 4+ employees – we are looking for someone who is currently a Director or who has been an Associate Director for a minimum of 2, ideally 3 years
Exudes specific strengths in enhancing and complimenting Planning and Strategy work with a Digital‑first POV and a collaborative and supportive partnership approach
Strengths in tapping into a hubbed activation team for biddable media activation:
ability for clear and concise briefing of assignments to activation teams
ability to filter out distracting and non‑priority requests to protect team’s focus
mindful of the economic and efficient utilization of activation resources
experience identifying true high‑touch moments for tapping COE subject matter expertise to elevate client deliverables
Meeting with senior leaders to understand and facilitate client, agency and business requests
Meeting and leading meetings with agency partners, clients, and vendor partners
Can create decks from scratch
Working with offshore teammates is a plus
Understanding of client/agency finance process; client billing and employee hours/pacing against business scope - Must follow agency process to support/push continued adherence to facilitate workflow and manage expectations
Media Experience
8+ years digital planning and buying
Must have a strong understanding of the digital marketplace with regard to digital investment strategy, digital buying models, programmatic, search/social, negotiations, rates and contract execution.
Must have understanding of and experience with Media Mix Modeling and/or Multi‑Touch Attribution models
Must have experience in digital display, digital video (including CTV, audio (streaming/podcasts)
Full funnel planning and execution
Initiating, negotiating, and maintaining vendor commitment levels and contracts across agency and/or client portfolio
Experience working in Google Analytics is a plus
Must be proficient in media terminology, media math, and reach and frequency calculations
Knowledge/Expertise
Has extensive experience managing client relationships
Resourceful and analytical thinker
Must be willing and able to manage, motivate, collaborate, define, execute, and deliver
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills: Conveys thoughts, ideas, feelings and decisions in a clear, concise and appropriate manner
Porsche Specific Expertise
Must be able to balance managing multiple campaigns and client sets
Extensive experience in deck writing, specifically tactical slides
Excellent media negotiator, someone who is willing to negotiate above and beyond on all programs for client
Experience in deck reporting writing
Must be able to write and communicate in a story telling nature

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range: $140,000—$160,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in‑office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in‑office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in‑office days based on business needs.
