About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Hunter
with deep expertise in the
Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
new client acquisition ,
executive-level engagement , and
solution‑oriented selling
within the BFSI sector. This is a high‑impact, individual contributor or leadership role focused on
driving new logo revenue
and expanding market share in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the BFSI sector across the U.S. market.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored, value‑driven proposals.
Engage with C‑level executives to position solutions across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, cybersecurity, application modernization, and managed services.
Understand client challenges, regulatory environments, and operational objectives to deliver compelling business solutions.
Lead RFP/RFI responses and contract negotiations with clients and procurement teams.
Partner closely with marketing, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from prospecting to delivery.
Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and client insights to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
Qualification:
Experience: 15-20 Years (IT Services)
Demonstrated success in consultative and solution‑based selling with deal sizes typically above $5M+ TCV.
