LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on case management, courtroom advocacy, and direct client interaction while contributing to a team dedicated to ethical and impactful legal practice. The Associate Attorney will manage their own caseload, provide strategic legal representation, and collaborate closely with colleagues on complex matters. This position offers a hybrid schedule from the firm’s Seattle, WA office, with limited in-state travel.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

Represent clients through all stages of litigation, providing exceptional advocacy and client care.

Develop and implement effective case strategies, manage pleadings, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.

Negotiate settlements and guide clients in making informed, practical decisions.

Conduct detailed legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and filings.

Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to achieve successful outcomes.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in every aspect of practice.

WHAT YOU BRING

Active license to practice law in the State of Washington (federal admission a plus).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building abilities.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a competitive base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
