To be considered, you must hold one (or more) of the following Florida licenses: 2-20 or 2-15 or 2-18 license
You’ll be working warm inbound leads and tapping into our existing database of 600K+ small business clients
to write both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits policies – the earning potential is real. You’ll close deals, build relationships, and help business owners and their employees get the coverage they need—all while supported by modern tech and a high‑performance team.
This is an opportunity for both experienced and new agents to join an extremely successful, established team in building something truly revolutionary in the industry.
Benefits
Uncapped earning potential with a $10,000/monthly base salary for the first 6 months so you can begin earning as you scale with us. This role is largely focused on closely (very) warm leads from an existing customer database.
Beautiful office in Brickell area of Miami with schedule flexibility
$60 monthly stipend for cell phone
401k eligible on first payroll. Company will match up to 4% of gross pay
PTO – in first year accumulates 120 hours in first 12 months
14 annual holiday days: 13 scheduled and 1 floating holiday

We're building a modern, acquisition‑driven insurance services company focused exclusively on small and mid‑sized business clients (10–99 lives). Our advantage lies in our blend of AI‑powered technology and human expertise, enabling a seamless, omnichannel experience for SMB clients and their employees. We’re acquiring independent agencies and investing in their teams, giving producers and servicing staff the tools to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
Close warm leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and inbound traffic
Follow up with and convert prospects from our existing SMB database
Write and bind P&C and Employee Benefits policies
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach and client interactions
Deliver exceptional customer service and post‑sale follow‑up
Work closely with the VP of Revenue on sales strategy, performance, and pipeline management
Qualifications:
Must be based in Miami, Florida and able to work in‑office in Brickell
Active Florida Insurance License (2‑20 P&C and/or 2‑15 Life & Health)
2–3 years of experience at an insurance agency writing both P&C and Employee Benefits policies
Proven track record in sales and relationship management
Excellent communication abilities (written and oral) and customer service skills
Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment
