In this client‑facing role, you’ll provide hands‑on support to end users, ensuring seamless technology operations across desktops, telephony, and mobile devices. You’ll work closely with employees and leadership to troubleshoot issues, support daily operations, and maintain a high standard of service.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a law firm environment and with ServiceNow (strongly preferred)
Polished communication skills – professional, articulate, and comfortable engaging with users at all levels
Strong technical aptitude and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on user support experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications
Enterprise imaging solutions for Windows‑based computersSmartphones (iPhone and Android)
Remote access tools such as Citrix
Location Washington, DC
Compensation Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (Washington, DC)
