Guardz is seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and enhancing our market presence by recruiting and managing cyber/IT distribution partners through the Pax8 ecosystem. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, & other reselling partners through Pax8 to expand Guardz's market reach and revenue streams.

Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan aligned with Guardz's business objectives and sales targets.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and technical staff.

Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and collateral.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure their success in promoting and selling Guardz's cybersecurity solutions.

Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partner effectiveness and revenue generation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and operational support needs.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, in a quota carrying role within the cybersecurity industry.

Strong entrepreneurial qualities.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, products, and market trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans.

Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
