to lead that charge.

The Opportunity You’ll own the inside sales organization driving the majority of the company’s revenue growth. You’ll lead, coach, and elevate a team of ambitious AEs and SDRs across two major markets. You’ll architect the systems, rhythm, and process that transform great sellers into an unstoppable sales engine.

What You’ll Do
Lead and expand an inside sales team of 10+ top‑performing AEs and SDRs across San Francisco and New York
Carry a team quota of \$5–10M+ and build the structure to sustain and exceed it
Architect data‑driven sales processes, reporting systems, and forecasting models
Partner cross‑functionally with SDR leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to shorten cycles and improve win rates
Recruit, train, and inspire a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Be a multiplier: turn B players into A players, and A players into leaders

Who You Are You’re a

You likely:
Have 7–12 years in B2B SaaS, having grown from SDR → AE → Manager → Director
Led outbound sales teams with quotas of \$5M+ and achieved predictable, data‑backed success
Built and coached teams where multiple reps hit \$1M+ annually
Are fluent in metrics—conversion rates, CAC efficiency, forecast accuracy, and pipeline velocity aren’t buzzwords to you
Bring early‑stage experience and know how to pivot strategy as learnings emerge
Thrive onsite in a high‑performance, metrics‑driven culture
