Work and Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into deliverable solutions using deep SAP, Finance, or platform knowledge.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Provide cross‑team solutions, develop innovative designs, and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder feedback.

Document solution designs and implementation plans comprehensively.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of SAP Retail Finance & Controlling (FICO).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of work experience. (If Associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.)

Bonus: Experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.

Bonus: Prior implementation experience.

Bonus: Excellent problem‑solving skills and creativity.

Location and Working Arrangement This hybrid role is based in Nashville, TN, with 3 days per week in the office. Travel to client sites is expected.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges for this role include:

California: $63,800 to $196,000

Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800

Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300

District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300

Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300

Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300

Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300

Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300

New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $196,000

Washington: $68,000 to $180,300

Nashville, TN: [range omitted – compensation is at market rate]
