Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $68.00/hr Responsibilities
Integration Development & Support
Design, build, and maintain custom integrations between Workday and internal/external systems Utilize Workday Studio, Extend, and EIBs to manage API and data workflows Develop secure, scalable solutions that ensure consistent data exchange and process automation Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues, working closely with infrastructure and HR teams Implement updates, business process changes, and reporting enhancements Manage security, permissions, and release activities in partnership with HR leadership Serve as a trusted technical resource to HR for system‑related initiatives and upgrades Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience designing and supporting APIs and system integrations 2+ years of working directly with Workday COR HCM configuration and administration Proficiency in Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (WWS) Knowledge of authentication and security standards such as OAuth and SAML Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to data accuracy 2 days a week or more required on site Strong core HCM functional experience, Workday Administration, Security, & Enhancements Nice‑to‑Haves
Workday certifications (Integration Core, Studio, Extend, or HCM) Experience with middleware or integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
