General Manager – Competitive Pay with Bi‑Weekly Bonus

Salary:
$55,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the establishment meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with the leader to set restaurant goals and develops a plan to achieve them.
To meet goals, the GM leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve performance. The GM may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a General Manager running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Must be 18 years or older.
