Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement. Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Develop case strategy and work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. Collaborate with internal teams including paralegals and support staff to move cases forward efficiently. Negotiate settlements and participate in trial preparation and proceedings.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law. Minimum of 3–15 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving favorable outcomes. Strong courtroom and deposition skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
