As an Event Manager at our Moto X3Mstudio, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with organizational goals and create memorable experiences for attendees. This role oversees all stages of the event lifecycle—from concept development and budgeting to vendor management, logistics, and on-site supervision. Event Managers collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events run smoothly, meet expected outcomes, and stay within budget and timelines. Creativity, communication, and strong organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage corporate, public, and private events from start to finish
Develop event concepts, budgets, timelines, and marketing strategies
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and service providers
Coordinate logistics, including AV setup, catering, transportation, and security
Manage event registration, guest lists, and communication with attendees
Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure quality and safety
Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial objectives
Evaluate event performance through feedback and reporting analytics
Maintain compliance with permits, regulations, and organizational policies
Foster strong partnerships with sponsors, stakeholders, and clients

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Creativity in problem-solving and event design
Proficiency with event software and project management tools
