Oversight of signage activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication Managing day‑to‑day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects Providing estimates and budgets, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and obtaining/reviewing vendor quotes Understand how to read sign packets, construction drawings, and signage code in order to compile project scope documents Review blueprints and/or gather information for the project scope of work. Sourcing all appropriate vendors for specific projects Point of contact for the client and updates the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with team Update the internal as well as the client software management system throughout all phases of the project Collaboration with Director of Signage and other team members Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management (signage experience preferred) Strong customer service and management skills Excellent time management skills Organized & detail oriented Experience working with & managing sub‑contractors Benefits
