The
Business Analyst III
will support
Business-As-Usual (BAU)
operations and issue management for the
Consumer Products Business Process Excellence
team. This role ensures the smooth operation of ongoing risk and compliance programs, provides data-driven updates to leadership, and assists with
testing and administrative reporting functions . The ideal candidate will bring
strong communication skills ,
banking industry experience , and a background in
risk and compliance management .
Key Responsibilities
Manage
BAU administrative and reporting tasks , including status updates, issue tracking, and meeting documentation. Create, maintain, and update items in
Workfront
to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Draft and present
executive-level communication
and progress updates. Support team members during
testing cycles
and assist with other project coverage tasks as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to track risks, issues, and action items. Provide project and program support under limited supervision, ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. Step in as a delegate for senior team members when necessary. Required Experience
Bachelor's degree
(minimum requirement). 3-5 years of experience
as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proven
banking industry
experience. Hands-on experience with
risk and compliance programs . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce
executive-level summaries and reports . Nice-to-Have Experience
Familiarity with
ServiceNow
and
GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
systems. Background in
issue management
or audit remediation. Previous
managerial or delegation experience
supporting large teams. Required Skills
