$175,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of a luxury high‑rise multifamily project.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop and implement detailed project schedules, including sequencing of work, resource allocation, and milestone deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Anticipate and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or delays to keep projects on track.
Site Management
Oversee day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, material handling, and equipment usage.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Quality Control
Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks at various stages of construction to identify and address any deficiencies or issues.
Work closely with project managers and design teams to resolve construction‑related challenges and ensure adherence to project plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in high‑rise multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials relevant to multifamily residential projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
OSHA 30‑Hour certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
