Job Overview The Senior Product Manager leads Brook’s Care Management Platform—the foundation for scaling care delivery and chronic condition management. This role defines the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy that powers both internal teams and external applications, helping clinicians and patients achieve better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision and strategy for Brook’s Care Management Platform, setting a clear direction that aligns with company objectives and supports scalable, high‑quality care delivery.

Translate complex needs into actionable roadmaps by gathering insights from patients, clinicians, care coordinators, and internal teams to ensure Brook’s tools address real‑world workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.

Prioritize features and initiatives through a data‑informed approach, balancing speed, quality, and business impact to ensure the highest‑value work is delivered first.

Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery—developing requirements, managing sprints, and ensuring engineering teams have clarity on goals, dependencies, and success metrics.

Champion AI‑driven innovation, integrating intelligent insights and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across care delivery and platform operations.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, data science, and clinical operations to align product decisions with user experience and clinical safety standards.

Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, clearly communicating Brook’s platform capabilities and roadmap to stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Use analytics and outcomes data to assess the success of product releases, identify gaps or opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Support product leadership development by mentoring other product managers, sharing best practices, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, ensuring Brook remains at the forefront of digital health innovation.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, ideally building SaaS platforms for clinicians or care teams.

Proven track record owning products end‑to‑end that drive behavior change or improve workflow.

Experience in healthcare interoperability or integrating EHR, FHIR, or similar standards.

Background in scaling digital health solutions or remote care tools is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and strategy.

Location and Relocation This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.
