A prestigious global law firm known for its collaborative culture and growth-focused mindset is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the San Francisco office, supporting the Corporate team. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work closely with 2–3 Partners/Counsel and 3–4 Senior Associates, providing seamless, high-level administrative support in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Base pay range $115,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and global travel logistics, prioritizing client and internal demands
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and legal documents to maintain the firm’s high standards
Prepare and coordinate materials for client meetings, presentations, and business development pitches
Serve as a trusted point of contact, liaising professionally with clients and their teams
Track engagement letters/emails, assist with billing processes, and manage expense reports
Support marketing initiatives including client outreach and event preparation
Collaborate closely with fellow EAs and administrative staff to share coverage and ensure consistent support
Flexibly support after hours when needed to meet deadlines or assist with key projects
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or attorneys in a law firm, ideally in Corporate practice
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
Discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem‑solve independently
