Vice President of Marketing
to lead all marketing strategy and execution for the brand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth, franchise success, and local market performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the company’s marketing strategy, aligning with overall business and growth objectives.
Oversee all aspects of marketing including brand, digital, local, and performance marketing.
Manage external agency partners and vendors to deliver best-in-class content, SEO, and SEM performance.
Strengthen brand identity and consistency across all consumer and franchise touchpoints.
Drive innovation and modernization through data-driven decision-making, automation, and technology integration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with operations, franchise development, and overall company goals.
Build, mentor, and inspire a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
Qualifications
Extensive, progressive marketing leadership experience, within multi‑unit franchise systems, or multi‑unit service‑based businesses is MANDATORY.
Proven ability to lead teams, develop marketing strategies, and execute initiatives that drive measurable growth.
Expertise across brand management, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, and local marketing.
Experience managing agencies and optimizing marketing resources for scalability.
Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Data‑driven mindset and comfort with modern marketing technology and analytics tools.
