Responsibilities

Selling products and services including system upgrades, service contracts, and inspection services within the assigned geographical area.

Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.

Forecasting system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.

Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure forecast accuracy.

Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities, and manage customer relationships.

Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies, and become the technical solution of choice for the customer.

Driving deals to closure, including quoting, negotiation, and order-to-remittance (OTR) handoff.

Qualifications

Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma or equivalent.

Possess experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles.

Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Possess capital sales experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD.

Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales.

Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.
