Territory Sales Manager – Non-Destructive Testing Systems Join Baker Hughes as a Territory Sales Manager to advance your career in the industry’s leading non‑destructive testing (NDT) solutions. This role is based in Boston, MA and reports to the Regional Director.

Overview Baker Hughes, a global energy technology company, offers a broad portfolio of industrial inspection solutions, including radiography, computed tomography, ultrasonic, eddy current, and remote visual inspection. We deliver safety, quality and productivity across major industries worldwide.

Responsibilities

Sell NDT products and services—including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services—within the assigned geographical area.

Develop a strategic territory plan and pipeline; proactively identify new opportunities.

Forecast system and service sales; provide weekly pipeline reviews to the region director.

Maintain accurate data in CRM (Deal Machine).

Travel throughout the territory (50%‑70% of the time) to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and nurture customer relationships.

Collaborate with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities and provide technical solutions.

Drive deals to closure, including quoting, negotiation and OTR hand‑off.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a high‑school diploma/equivalent.

Experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space & Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles.

Up to 5 years of experience in NDT.

Capital sales experience with deal values >$750,000 USD.

Minimum of 3 additional years of sales experience.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Travel willingness of 50%‑70% of the time.
