Vice President | Loan Syndication | Bilateral Deal Administrator

Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for a Vice President | Loan Syndication | Bilateral Deal Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the principal investing deal team and key internal and external stakeholders where you will be responsible for supporting a large and well‑connected investing business for all operational management and execution activities supporting private credit, private equity and real‑estate product lines. This responsibility will include end‑to‑end transaction management for a portfolio of investments and include operational analysis of transactions, implementation of appropriate procedures for effective day‑to‑day management, advising and coordinating approvals across internal and external stakeholder, transaction closing and ongoing administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

8 to 10+ years of experience within financial or professional services in a similar or related role

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business

Previous experience in a similar role ideally utilizing Loan IQ (or equivalent corporate loan management system) as part of end‑to‑end operational delivery of a portfolio of bilateral and syndicated debt deals and private equity deals

Experience in process optimization and change projects is advantageous

CPA or CFA qualifications are a benefit

This role will sit HYBRID out of the New York, NY office.
