HR Operations Partner (Hybrid – Glenview, IL)
Join a fast-growing, multi-location hospitality group and own the HR function that keeps our people operations running smoothly. As our HR Partner, you’ll design and scale the processes, tools, and compliance frameworks that power our hiring, onboarding, payroll, and benefits. Partnering closely with the Executive Leaders, you’ll keep the organization legally sound, operationally efficient, and ready for growth. This role is hands‑on, tech‑forward, and execution‑driven, not focused on culture programming, but on building the HR engine that enables the business to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize HR operations across multiple locations
Build durable processes for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance across employment law, I-9, leave management, and workers’ compensation
Maintain HR systems, dashboards, and reporting—turning data into actionable insights
Partner with Finance and GMs to align HR operations with business goals
Lead HR ticketing, audits, and documentation to keep everything audit‑ready and efficient
What You Bring
Multi‑unit HR operations experience
Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance
Experience with applicant tracking and HR systems (Paylocity experience a bonus)
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP) preferred but not required
