Overview
We’re seeking an AI Application Architect with deep expertise in software development and AI/ML, including advanced work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems, to lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions across clinical and administrative operations in a high-regulation healthcare environment. Proficiency with Azure OpenAI and a strong foundation in application development or technical product engineering is essential. Must Haves / Mandatory
8+ years building production grade software systems. Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), including LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration. Deep experience with Azure cloud infrastructure. Nice to Have / Preferred
Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, and agentic workflow orchestration. Experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Make, n8n). Knowledge of AI Search, AKS, Event Hubs, Key Vault, and OpenTelemetry. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Python, C#, and cloud-native services. Strong understanding of compliance and data security. Experience with AI / ML platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Gemini). Proven success in building scalable AI systems and integrating them into enterprise environments. Responsibilities
Architect and implement AI/ML solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and automation pipelines. Design agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems for process automation. Deploy conversational AI agents and integrate them into enterprise platforms. Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance through QA agents and benchmarking frameworks. Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with measurable operational goals.
