Piper restaurant, located at The Seabird Resort in sunny Oceanside, CA. Guest enjoy fresh, handmade pastas and garden-to-table delicacies in a bright, convivial, California-coastal setting just off the beach. Restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast and freshly pressed juice. By night, Piper transforms into a warmly intimate space with an open kitchen, full bar and wraparound outdoor patio.
Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards. This full time Supervisor may support multiple outlets in the resort, as business needs. This person can step into any position in the outlet if coverage is needed.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hr

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
2+ years of experience supervising others preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Opening and closing shifts
Ensuring adequate coverage during shift
Assisting with servicing, seating and communicating with the Service/Culinary
Inspecting cleanliness and report maintenance requests
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights.
Commitment to follow food safety protocols
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexible schedule required
