Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead our financial planning initiatives. In this critical role, you will oversee long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasts, while also developing comprehensive financial reporting packages. Your insights will guide our executive leadership, board, and private equity sponsors in strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial performance, recommending strategies that significantly improve business outcomes. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial systems to guarantee precise reporting. Mentoring and developing the FP&A team will be essential for fostering a culture of accountability and perpetual improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or senior FP&A positions, with a strong command of financial analysis and reporting practices within a high-growth, private equity-backed setting. Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels, along with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems, are vital. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates experienced with reporting tools such as Planful and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver, capable of developing compelling business cases for investments while ensuring alignment with our financial objectives.
