About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial planning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reforecasts, as well as preparing and presenting financial reporting packages with in-depth analysis for executive leadership, the board, and PE sponsors. A key aspect of the role is to analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business outcomes. The VP will also be instrumental in driving the adoption and improvement of financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and will mentor and develop the FP&A team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or senior FP&A roles, and be adept at applying strong financial analysis and reporting skills in a high-growth, PE-backed environment. The role requires effective communication across all organizational levels, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential, and a preference is given to those with experience in reporting tools such as Planful and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, and have the ability to build business cases for investments while ensuring performance is in line with financial goals.
