in Charlotte, NC, to recruit an experienced
Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP or PA-C)
to join their elite
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
team.

Role Snapshot: Night Shift Schedule: 13-hour shifts (6p7a), rotation including weekends and holidays. Provide direct care for cardiac and CT surgery ICU patients. Perform advanced procedures, admissions, and consults in collaboration with attending physicians. Participate in education, performance improvement, and clinical research initiatives. What We're Looking For: ACNP, AGACNP, or PA-C with North Carolina license (or eligibility). 2+ years of experience in
ICU, CTICU, or cardiac critical care
preferred. Experience with mechanical circulatory support and post-operative cardiac management is a plus. Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about evidence-based care.
