A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join its team as a Customer Service & Account Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, mail, and social media, ensuring timely and effective communication. Manage customer data, leads, and quotes using Salesforce; process orders and updates in Epicor. Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment. Handle returns, warranty claims, and customer adjustments in line with company procedures. Support product inquiries, after-sales service, and occasional product research. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in customer service or account management roles. Strong numerical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and proportions. Familiarity with manufacturing systems and ability to navigate ERP platforms. Experience with Epicor and Salesforce preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Information:
