Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Digital Marketing Assistant located in Tracy, CA. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives, conduct market research, assist in developing sales strategies, and maintain effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include generating content and promotional materials, collaborating with team members to execute marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities SEO & Website Optimization
Assist in executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
Perform keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content updates.
Track, report, and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, GSC, and SEO tools.
Support link‑building initiatives and monitor SEO rankings.
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in text, image and word form across platforms (Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit).
Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement and growth.
Collaborate and help with creation of campaign assets.
Digital Editing (Images & Video)
Edit and optimize images, short videos, and graphics for campaigns, ads, and social content.
Create branded visuals, infographics, and short‑form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Maintain a digital content library for consistent use across channels.
General Marketing Support
Assist in email marketing campaigns (content, layout, analytics).
Support paid ads asset creation and campaign tracking.
Conduct competitor and market research for trends and opportunities.
Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and online promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
Working knowledge of
SEO best practices
and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Proficiency in
social media platforms and scheduling tools
(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer or inbuilt social tools of various platforms).
Should be able to write lucid, American English with impeccable grammar.
Basic to intermediate skills in
image and video editing
(e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc).
Familiarity with
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with website building tools (any 2)
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Interest in emerging trends in AI, Web3, and digital experiences like AR/VR.
