Personal Injury Paralegal

to join us in delivering exceptional legal support and case management. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will bring

5+ years of experience

in personal injury litigation, with a strong understanding of Maryland court procedures and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with attorneys to manage cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents Manage case files, medical records, and client communications Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Assist with settlement negotiations and lien resolution Maintain accurate calendaring and deadlines Support attorneys with trial prep and courtroom logistics Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Maryland state court procedures Proficiency in legal software and case management systems Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
