to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity with significant responsibilities in a dynamic and engaging sector, combining analytical skills with hands‑on marketing support for the Benelux market. Our portfolio consists of well‑known brands as SmartGames, SmartMax, GeoSmart and many more.
Your Role
Collaborate:
As a part of the marketing team you will work closely with HQ marketers and the Sales Manager Benelux to address local market needs.
POS Innovator:
Responsible for the implementation and optimization of Point of Sale (POS) needs across the Benelux region (and worldwide). This includes designing promotional activities, providing general support at retail locations, creating effective displays, and enhancing in‑store visibility. You will play a critical role in developing an engaging in‑store experience with our products.
Sales Presentation Support:
Together with Sales Manager Benelux creating sales presentations and visualizing marketing plans to convey clear and compelling messages to stakeholders.
Social Media Partner:
Team up with the Social Media Manager to craft content tailored for the Benelux market.
Event Planner:
Organise local events in the Benelux region (B2C & B2B events).
Online Marketer:
Collaborate with Sales Manager the marketing activities on online sales channels like Bol.com, from planning to execution and in depth analysis of sales & actions.
Data Analyst:
Analyze market data and trends to support strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts within Benelux markets.
Your Profile
Education:
Master’s degree in economics or marketing.
Experience:
Minimum of three years in a similar role within the toy industry or FMCG.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with good proficiency in English and French.
Marketing Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer‑focused thinking.
Analytic skills:
The ability to interpret data and draw accurate, actionable conclusions.
Proactive:
Initiative‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work independently with respect for deadlines.
Organisational Skills:
Excellent at managing tasks and projects.
Communication:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Passionate:
Enthusiastic about the world of toys and games.
