The Assistant Beverage Manager will support all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt, which include: Lola Rose, Grand Mezze – three‑meal restaurant & lounge Pool food and beverage service Other duties for this role include: Manage ordering, stocking, and inventory of all beverages Monitor beverage costs and sales Establish and maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and vendors Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to high standards Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results Full understanding of colleague engagement Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance Plan, & manage special events and holiday functions Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free‑standing entity This is an

exempt (salaried)

role. The budgeted salary range for this position is

$68,640 to $78,000.

This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education. Qualifications

Previous supervisory/management experience at a restaurant is required Previous bartending experience required A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment Refined written and verbal communication skills A desire to exceed guest expectations Full‑time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems Extremely detail oriented and organized, with strong leadership skills and a strong food and beverage knowledge Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service Benefits
