YOUR TASKS In the Electronics Division at the Schortens site, you will work as a Software Project Manager on technical tasks within software development, including:
Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload distribution
Ensuring compliance with project and customer milestones
Team leadership as well as project planning and control
Supporting cross-departmental and global collaboration between project teams, acting as an interface between the software team, project team, management, and customer
Reporting project progress to higher-level management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable engineering qualification
Initial experience and technical knowledge in programming and software development; experience in software development, integration, or testing is desirable
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Application Lifecycle Management tools
Competence in managing project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality, along with the ability to independently develop conceptual solutions
Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
