Title: Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Consultant
Location:- Deerfield, IL
Duration: 3+ Months
Pay Rate: $36hr - $38hr on W2
Essential Requirements: • 3+ years' experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations; manufacturing preferred. • 3+ years' experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll. • 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics • Knowledge of Scheduling and Attendance Tracking with its complexity • Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • The ability to interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams in a positive manner that generates confidence and trust.
Education and/or Experience: • Workday Time Tracking & Absence certification preferred qualification for the role • Bilingual helpful but not necessary
