Backed by leading investors and driven by cutting-edge technology, this firm is closing a long-overlooked gap in the commercial insurance market and helping businesses protect against the emerging risks of a digital-first world.
As part of their strategic U.S. expansion, they’re seeking a
VP, Production Underwriter
to lead growth across two key regions - NY & Chicago. This individual will blend strong technical underwriting expertise with established broker relationships to drive profitable production and portfolio performance.

What you’ll do:

Identify emerging exposures and adapt underwriting frameworks proactively
What you’ll need:
7+ years of underwriting experience within specialty or emerging risk lines.
Proven record of profitable growth and broker relationship management.
Strong technical understanding of underwriting principles, pricing, and market dynamics.
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-paced, small-team environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with credibility across brokers and peers.
