Responsibilities
Observe and evaluate classroom instruction.
Provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Facilitate professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices.
Collaborate closely with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies for students with diverse needs.
Participate actively in team meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Analyze student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions.
Apply problem‑solving skills to address specific challenges faced by teachers and students.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of special education laws and best practices.
Proficient in data analysis to assess student needs and successes.
Strong problem‑solving skills and an innovative mindset.
Commitment to accountability and integrity.
Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks or comply with state‑mandated screening procedures (e.g., fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks).
