Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing basic solicitation documents and procurement packages Conduct preliminary market research and compile findings Maintain contract files and documentation Support data entry and tracking in procurement systems Assist with contract close-out documentation Help prepare standard modifications and administrative changes Compile supporting documentation for acquisition packages Assist senior staff with cost/price analysis data gathering Create routine correspondence and procurement forms Support compliance review documentation efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field 0-2 years

of acquisition or procurement experience Basic understanding of federal contracting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions Preferred Qualifications Internship experience in federal contracting Coursework in government contracting or business law FAC-C Level I or willingness to obtain within first year
