Acquisition Specialist Mid-Level Position Overview Euola is seeking Acquisition Specialist Mid-Level to provide comprehensive acquisition support services for VA procurement Regional Office, independently handling moderately complex contracts and procurement actions. Key Responsibilities Prepare complete solicitation documents, statements of work, and procurement packages Conduct thorough market research and prepare analytical reports Develop cost/price analysis documentation for contracts up to $5M Draft contract modifications, option exercises, and cure notices Support source selection activities and evaluation processes Create acquisition planning documents and justifications Manage contract close-out procedures for assigned contracts Prepare compliance review documentation Coordinate with program offices for requirements development Assist senior specialists with complex procurements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or at least twenty-four (24) semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, and organization and management 3-5 years of federal acquisition experience Solid working knowledge of FAR/VAAR regulations Experience with full procurement lifecycle Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine procurements Strong analytical and technical writing skills Preferred Qualifications VA or healthcare procurement experience Experience with service contracts FAC-C Level I or Level II DAWIA certifications
