Job Summary Join one of Naples’ most recognized luxury real estate groups. We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of a top-producing real estate team.

What You’ll Do

Support the owner with scheduling, travel planning, project coordination, and daily operations.

Manage incoming leads and maintain accurate information in our CRM.

Assist with property showings, open houses, and special events as needed.

Communicate with clients and vendors in a polished, service-oriented manner.

Provide concierge-level support to ensure every client receives a luxury experience.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role (real estate experience a plus, but not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office 365, Apple products, and learning new software.

A proactive, can-do attitude and desire to grow in the real estate field.
