The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour
- Location: Onsite in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Assist patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries
- Transfer calls to nurses or physicians
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls
- Input and manage data accurately
- Support general office and clerical tasks
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare a plus)
- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
- Reliable and passionate about helping others and delivering top-tier service
