Helping others is what we do best. As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist you will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.
Desired Attributes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule appointments according to client preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer‑service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour.
