Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist

Help others with confidence, building client relationships and supporting tax professionals. Focus on delivering outstanding client experience during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients based on preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and keep resources organized with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Skills & Expertise

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range

$11.00 - $27.00 per hour.
