Job Description
The Accounting Coordinator will work in collaboration with the accounting team and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, ranging from performing accounting duties and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable/receivable transactions.

Key Accountabilities
- As a team player you will need to communicate important information to your co-workers on a regular basis in a very fast-paced environment.
- Review, sort and match and process check requests.
- Set invoices up for payment.
- Reconciliation of payments.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Vendor file maintenance.
- Contracts and filing.
- Manage outside storage arrangements.
- Guest requests.
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks
General Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- Experience working in a hotel environment is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Prioritizing tasks, good judgement, and problem solving-skills.
- Acute attention to details and information management skills.
