About The Role The Maitre D is the face of LoLa 41’s front-of-house experience, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience. This high-energy and friendly individual will manage the host team, coordinate seating, oversee reservations, and maintain smooth service flow while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Greet and seat guests with energy, friendliness, and professionalism
Oversee reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to optimize service flow
Manage, train, and motivate host and front-of-house staff
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve concerns with tact and courtesy
Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
Support a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
Requirements
Previous experience in a Maitre D, host, or front-of-house management role in a high-volume, upscale environment
High-energy, outgoing, and friendly personality
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic dining environment
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently
