Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotham Technology Group Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of product initiatives across our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining product roadmaps, developing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet business goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep technical understanding, possesses exceptional workflow and process definition capabilities, and is proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy and market needs.
Build and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value and client impact.
Product Requirements & Documentation
Create comprehensive and detailed PRDs, including process workflows, technical specifications, and implementation considerations.
Break down high-level product concepts into actionable, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain accurate product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and technical references.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure products are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
Serve as the primary liaison for the development team, clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing approaches and ensure product quality.
Execution & Delivery
Own prioritization of the product backlog based on business objectives, user value, and technical feasibility.
Plan and manage product release schedules, accounting for resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Actively gather customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
Apply AI-based tools and insights to product design, operational efficiency, and user experience optimization.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Product/Project Management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in writing deep, detailed PRDs and articulating workflow/process requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Technical proficiency and ability to understand, assess, and discuss architecture and engineering decisions.
Experience working with SaaS or omni-channel platforms.
Proficiency with product and workflow management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated customer‑centric mindset and experience collaborating with end‑users and design teams.
