We're Hiring: Sr. Research Associate We are looking for a detail‑oriented and innovative Sr. Research Associate to join our dynamic team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to contribute to cutting‑edge projects that drive scientific advancements.

Sr. Research Associate
Responsibilities
Support the discovery and development of new drugs targeting a variety of oncology indications, mostly solid tumors.
Perform animal handling (mice) including drug administration by multiple routes, tumor implantation, and tissue harvesting.
Carry out in vitro techniques such as cell culture, cell isolation, Mesoscale, Nanostring, IHC, Western Blot, and qPCR.
Perform routine animal experimental procedures: gavage, subcutaneous/intraperitoneal/intravenous injections, blood collection, anesthesia monitoring, dissection, and tissue sample collection.
Strictly follow SOPs for in vivo pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetic studies, and disease model development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience or Master’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or Molecular Biology with 1 year of experience; preference for Cancer Biology.
Experience with in vivo tumor models, including volume measurement, drug dosing via various routes, injection, blood and tissue collection and processing.
Experience with tumor imaging techniques (valued but not required).
Experience with cell culture, isolation of primary cell populations, and performing cellular assays.
