Senior Treasury Analyst – LATAM

How You’ll Make an Impact International Short‑Term Cash Forecasting and Reporting
Prepare and analyze daily cash positions to determine liquidity needs.
Monitor LATAM region short‑term cash flow forecasts, maintain and analyze variances, and provide explanations.
Assess financial risk related to foreign‑exchange, interest rates and other treasury‑specific risks in Latin America.
Proactively lead continuous process improvement to optimize cash management.
Analyze target balances on accounts.
Provide ad‑hoc business analysis and cash modelling as required by leadership.
International Treasury Operations and Cross‑Divisional Payments
Execute domestic and international wires and investment transactions.
Investigate and resolve payment and account discrepancies with banks, the Treasury Management System vendor or internally.
Provide offshore Treasury team payment guidance and advice.
Research and respond to inquiries from business units regarding cash matters.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
Manage group mailboxes.
Treasury Management System
Obtain bank reporting into the treasury management system for new accounts.
Assist with building a payment interface into the system for new banking partners.
Provide global business performance analysis across multiple units using internal data sources.
Update Treasury Workstation with rules and budget codes to automate reporting.
Maintain static data in Treasury Workstation.
Bank Administration
Set up internal users for banking portal access.
Prepare documentation for opening, closing or maintaining bank accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate bank account service set‑ups to secure daily operations.
Maintain accounts per partner instruction and policies.
Build relationships with external banks and financial institutions in the region.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, currency fluctuations, restrictions and requirements.
Global Treasury Partnerships, Projects & Optimization Initiatives
Address internal and external inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
Lead internal audit inquiries.
Serve as Treasury liaison to other teams.
Partner with divisional teams and across Treasury to drive transparency and reporting.
Coordinate interest and netting cash transactions.
Track overdrafts and develop solutions to minimize them.
Drive continuous process improvements.
Lead projects as assigned.
About You – Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and at least 4 years of related experience.
Strong analytical and financial‑modeling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with treasury systems.
Proficient at navigating banking portals.
About You – Preferred
Minimum 4 years of Treasury experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
Experience with LATAM banking platforms.
Customer focus and LATAM payment experience.
Strong understanding of LATAM treasury and banking activities.
Resilience and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
Exceptional time‑management and multitasking in fast‑paced settings.
Organized and proactive.
Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management systems.
CTP or similar certifications a plus.
Experience with Treasury M&A integrations.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $62,000 – $121,000 per year.
