Insight Global offers a contract position for a Project Manager overseeing complex IT initiatives across multiple business areas.
Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Job Overview Lead end‑to‑end project management for IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while coordinating stakeholders, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and create detailed plans including timelines and budgets.
Assign tasks, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Track progress, manage budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, and support employee development.
Finalize deliverables, ensure documentation is complete, and conduct post‑project reviews.
Present project updates and outcomes to senior leadership using required templates.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple business areas.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Ability to present to leadership using standardized templates.
Experience with budget management and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with Fieldglass or similar onboarding systems.
Experience with formal documentation and project closure processes.
Preferred/Pluses
Experience working in financial services or banking environments.
Familiarity with SOW (Statement of Work) processes and low‑risk project alignment.
Knowledge of HCM Works or Procom as third‑party vendors.
Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks).
Understanding of data engineering and data analytics skillsets.
Experience with AI‑related initiatives or cross‑border collaboration (US/Canada).
