Senior IT Project Manager
to lead and manage technology projects impacting multiple business areas. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to project teams while ensuring timely and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Planning: Define project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Execution: Assign tasks, oversee completion, and ensure efficient work delivery.
Monitoring & Controlling: Track progress, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Communication: Serve as primary liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders; provide updates and manage expectations.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop team members; resolve conflicts and manage resources effectively.
Project Closing: Ensure all activities are completed, deliverables are approved, and documentation is finalized.
Present project updates to leadership using required templates and frameworks.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing IT projects across multiple business areas.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution.
Ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Experience with formal project reporting and executive presentations.
